Selecting the appropriate injection and sample point locations for the equipment is as important as picking the right hardware for the job.
Open Loop Control
Single Loop Control A good process control system includes the following:

• Chemical ejection system

Process Time Interval

Typically a good control interval would be somewhere between 2 and 10 minutes. If the control time interval is too long, any system upsets in residual will take a long time for the controller to correct.
Semi Open Loop Control
Feed Forward Control A good process control system includes the following:

Feed Forward Control
Secondary control or Ratio Control, used in control of secondary chemical control such as ammonia (chloramines), sulphur dioxide (de-chlorination), etc. Feed Forward Control
